Why 60 mill? And will it go down with ebbie season coming soon?

well the lowest price for an achro ebbie is 55 mill at the moment. i wanted 60 mll as it came with a name tag but not anymore.
i lowered the price to 55 mill.

i traded my black cser for half tu and the achro ebiie. is why i want tu for it.
