Edits: Right now, I'm looking for characters more on the popular side. In some cases I will buy lesser-known characters if I simply like the name or I'm fond of that character despite their small role, but it is unlikely.

I also am not looking for names that are a first and last name smashed together at the moment i.e. BruceWayne, SamGamgee, GeorgeWeasley, etc...
As for the FBC, I'm just looking at prices right now (that are less than 150mil). There is a good chance I will buy one in the near future, however I'm still debating the changing of my username, so it's not definite.
