I'm not entirely sure how much any of it costs, but I currently have 168mil to spend. 

Basically, I'm looking for an artist for a piece not related to Rescreatu. This drawing will have two characters, and I'd like full color for both of the characters. They are ferrets, so I'd like an artist good with drawing cute fuzzies (reference photos will be provided). For the coding, I'd like someone to possibly create a decent code for my horrible bland profile. I'm MOSTLY focused on the art, though!
