October 28, 2016 - Spooktacular!
An eerie quiet is falling upon the planets of Rescreatu. With Halloween upon us, be wary of unfamiliar shadows and strange happenings as you explore. You never know what could be lurking around the corner...



Today begins the annual reign of the most terrifying Creatu known to man: the Ebilia and Jaaku are once again roaming Reiflem and Relcore! Brave the pitch-black forests and the Lava Caves to hunt for as many eggs as you can... if you dare venture into the darkness.

REMEMBER;
Make sure you click "Begin Hunt" underneath the pet you want to hunt so your 48 hour timer starts;
Your timer won't stop for anything, so make it count;
Where the pet is located is right under your timer, so just click on the planet and begin hunting;
Remember, you cannot find the pets by going to the planet and refreshing, you have to be on the actual Explore Onward located in Halloween 2016
Have fun, and if you have any problems please contact staff immediately! 

For those who prefer staying safe and secure indoors, the yearly Halloween Contests begin today as well! All users are encouraged to participate.  Be creative--this is your chance to show off your spooky spirit!

Amber Hatches
As an extra treat, all Creatu can be hatched in the color Amber until the end of November.

October 25, 2016 - A Chilling Presence
As the time of ghost and ghouls, witches and wraiths grows near, whispers have been heard of a shadow stirring. Ancient tales are told to Rescreatu's children of an old horror, murmuring of a fearsome creature born of darkness and hatred, unseen for a generation. These are tales of a creature which bears an age-old grudge against the guardians of the four planets and one which holds sway over the dead...


Of course, we all know those are only stories told to frighten naughty children... right?

Just when you least expected it, the Publish-A-Book Contest has returned once more!

Tis' the season of scary stories abound. Tales of spooky happenings and things that go bump in the night. In the spirit of Halloween our theme for this month's Publish A Book Contest is:
 Haunted Houses of Reiflem


Rumor has it that Reiflem is home to some of the most haunted buildings known to the four planets...do you know someone whose home has been plagued by poltergeists, guarded by ghosts or maybe even visited by vampires? Perhaps you've been brave enough to venture in to one of these haunted homes yourself, to spend a night with spooks and spirits? Now is the chance to tell everyone your tale of terror in Haunted Houses of Reiflem!

It's been an exciting few months filled with events! 
We've collected stardust, helped our radical new NPC, Trip, set up a gnarly luau and saved Atquati's oceans!

The Assistant team have set up an event feedback thread to gather your thoughts and suggestions.
