If you have recently sent in an application for Support Staff or Shoutbox Moderator, please re-submit your application by sending it to contact.rescreatu@gmail.com.

If anyone who qualifies would like to apply for either position, you may also e-mail your application to this same address. Do not ask where to find the application. Knowing where it is located is part of the application process!

There have been numerous issues with the regular application submission email, so this will now be the official address for Support and Mod apps until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

November 7, 2011 - Food Pen
We have recently added a new log feature to the Food Pen. This log allows you to see what your creatu have been eating each night from the Food Pen. This feature will also allow us to more closely examine any bug complaints about the Food Pen.

We have been receiving some complaints about the Food Pen working incorrectly. During the investigation of these complaints we have found that the majority (if not all) of claims that the food pen did not work were incorrect. 

To help everyone understand how the Food Pen is intended to work we have updated the Food Pen page with the exact rules of how it works. You may also read them below.

Food Pen Rules:
- Only feeds creatu located on your profile
- Will only feed creatu who have a hunger of less 70 out of 100 points.
- Automatically feeds each creatu a random item from food pen until that creatu had reached the required 70/100 hunger points, or you have ran out of food.

If you feel the need to report a problem with the Food Pen in the future, please make sure that the above rules were all met. Also please check your Food Pen log before reporting a problem.
